PLASTICAS PUIG PACKAGING, S.L.U. has carried out an energy saving and efficiency project consisting of optimizing the energy consumption of the production system by replacing hydraulic technology extrusion-blowing equipment with full-electric equipment that presents greater energy efficiency, with potential savings of final energy of 25 toe per year.
This project has received aid co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), coordinated by IDAE and managed by the Autonomous Communities, under the National Energy Efficiency Fund, with the aim of achieving a cleaner and more sustainable economy.

PLÁSTICAS PUIG PACKAGING, S.L.U. has implemented an energy saving and efficiency project that has optimized the energy consumption of its production system. This was achieved by upgrading an existing extrusion and blow molding line and replacing a heat-shrink packaging unit with a Visual Inspection System and a new bagging machine, resulting in energy savings of 9.25 tons of oil equivalent (toe) annually.
